Tucked into 32 wooded acres along the Esopus Creek, Branches is a historic retreat and spa reimagined for groups. Formerly known as the Copperhood Retreat & Spa, Branches has been thoughtfully reimagined as a refined, all-season destination for gatherings, celebrations, and time away together.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, wellness retreat, corporate offsite, or a weekend escape with friends, Branches offers the scale of a boutique hotel with the privacy of a private vacation rental.

The property is offered as a full buyout with a minimum of 16 bedrooms, with additional bedrooms available to accommodate larger groups of up to 55 guests (27 total bedrooms and 31 beds).
